Everyone thought it was okay to ask only the female candidate (but not the males) lots of questions about scheduling, hybrid work, and commuting for a salaried position.

Everyone thought it was okay to not fire the openly racist and cruel “leader” because he was "so good” at his job.

Everyone thought it was okay to not follow the freshly created rules they made employees follow.

Except for me.


Everyone stayed at the company where unethical and illegal things were happening.

Except for me.


Everyone thought it was okay to underpay employees while skirting the law so they could be more profitable.

Except for me.


Everyone thought it was okay to treat the “heartbeat” of the company like garbage while telling them they were so lucky to work in such a fun industry.

Except for me.


Everyone thought jokes about homeless people were funny on the heels of me talking about how many Americans are struggling to pay rent and eat.

Except for me.


Everyone thought it was funny for someone to send an inappropriate, company-wide email from my unlocked computer.

Except for me.


Everyone thought it was okay for my creepy boss to sneak up behind me and put his hand down the back of my sweater to remove the tag I had forgotten.

Except for me.


Everyone has high blood pressure and insomnia.

Except for me.
